We are recruiting a Workshop Joiner who will be responsible for manufacturing products from concept to completion. You’ll work both independently and as part of a skilled team, delivering precision and craftsmanship across a variety of materials and finishes.
Monday to Friday Days

The Role
- Manufacture bespoke joinery products from drawings to completion
- Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings
- Ensure high attention to detail and quality throughout production
- Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
- Support quality control and assist with problem-solving where required
What We Are Looking For
- Time-served Joiner with NVQ Level 2/ Level 3 or equivalent
- Proven post-qualification experience in manufacturing or fitting high-quality bespoke joinery
- Strong understanding of joinery materials, including laminates, veneers, and solid timbers
- Experience with commercial fit outs,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
