Westwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently looking for a Working Foreman / Site Supervisor with a strong joinery background for a commercial fit-out project in Belfast, starting Monday.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-quality interior fit-out projects, particularly within commercial environments such as offices, retail, or hospitality spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise site activities and joinery teams
* Ensure works are carried out to a high standard and in line with drawings/specifications
* Manage day-to-day operations, including subcontractor coordination
* Maintain site health & safety and ensure compliance at all times
* Report to the project manager on progress and any site issues
* Assist hands-on where necessary (beneficial but not essential)
Requirements:
* Proven supervisory experience on commercial fit-out projects
* Strong background in joinery/carpentry
* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid certification (preferred)
* Ability to read drawings and manage site logistics
