User Experience: Improve user journeys, making it easier for visitors to find information and complete key actions. Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, ICT, and external agencies to ensure smooth website operations and alignment with business goals. Technical Oversight: Ensure the website’s security, compliance (GDPR), and regular performance checks. The Person Experience: 5+ years in website management or development with hands-on experience in SEO, CMS, and UX/UI. Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Tech-Savvy: Familiar with content management systems, website performance tracking tools, and best practices for user experience.
