Warehouse Supervisor – Food Production
Location: Bawnbua, Northern Ireland
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days out of 7 (Flexible shifts)
Salary: £30,000-£33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
We’re seeking a hands-on, organised, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at a fast-paced food production site. Based in the heart of Northern Ireland’s agri-food sector, this is a key role with an employer known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations across goods in/out, stock control, and dispatch.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse and hygiene operatives.
- Monitor pick accuracy, order fulfilment, and productivity KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Work closely with production, transport, and quality teams to maintain workflow.
- Train new staff and deliver refresher coaching on processes and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and shift reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, food production, or logistics setting.
- Strong understanding of stock control, WMS systems, and food hygiene compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically fit and capable of supporting manual operations when needed.
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
