About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, ensure smooth day-to-day running, and drive continuous improvement. Youll be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities including goods in/out, inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets. Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain accurate stock levels using inventory management systems. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies. Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence. Liaise with internal teams (procurement, transport, customer service) to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly. About You: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar supervisory role. Current Counter balance forklift license Class 2 License is desirable Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with warehouse software systems (e.g., WMS, ERP). Understanding of health and safety practices.
