Warehouse Manager Mulco Group

Hourly Rate: £17£20 per hour (dependent on experience)

Mulco Group is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead operations in our fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including goods in and goods out.
• Lead and coordinate the team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory systems.
• Safely handle, move, and store a variety of heavy goods including gym equipment, saunas, ice baths, and flooring.
• Operate a forklift to move stock within the facility.
• Load and unload deliveries in a timely and organised manner.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organised.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Prepare pallets and oversee packing and order dispatch procedures.

Criteria:

• Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a small team.
• Knowledge of gym equipment and related products is desirable.
