F/T Permanent Warehouse Administrator required for Moira.
About the Role
My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Moira. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties will include:

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and despatches

Process orders, invoices, and delivery notes

Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments
-
Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements
-
Monitor warehouse performance metrics and prepare regular reports
-
Support the warehouse team with scheduling and prioritisation of tasks
-
Handle queries from customers and suppliers in a professional manner
-
Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting
Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in a warehouse administration or logistics support role (preferred)

Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
