We are seeking a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team! We have recently ondergone extensive refurbishment in our showroom and are now looking to recruit to support our expansion.

What Youll Do:
Help customers find their ideal new and used Kia vehicle, delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience
Provide expert advice on models, features, and finance options
Ensure a positive, hassle-free journey from first inquiry to final handover
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to meet and exceed sales targets
Stay informed about Kias latest innovations and industry trends
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (motortrade experience is advantageous)
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
A team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
Results-driven and with a self-motivated attitude
IT literate
Exceptional self-organisation
Ability to adapt to change and embrace current transition towards EV
Full UK driving licence
Working Hours:
Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM 5.30pm or 7:00 PM (rota basis)
Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM (rota basis)
Renumeration:
£24,000 basic salary + uncapped earnings
28 days leave (including bank holidays)
