- Develop and manage daily driver schedules and routing plans
- React efficiently to customer demands and accommodate last-minute orders
- Monitor and support driver performance, recognising excellence and addressing issues promptly
- Manage all aspects of driver and vehicle scheduling in compliance with internal and legal standards
- Ensure operations align with company, legal, and environmental policies at all times
Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Transport Planning role
- Solid understanding of EU Tachograph Legislation and Working Time Directive
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Proven ability to liaise confidently with drivers, customers, and third-party partners
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland
