This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a year’s experience in logistics and customer service to be trained and developed in the exciting world of freight forwarding. What You’ll Be Doing:
Monitoring and tracking freight movements in real-time
Keeping clients informed at every stage of the delivery process
Supporting the Transport Manager with job bookings and admin tasks
Problem-solving on the go to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries
Criteria
At least 1 year of experience in logistics AND 1 year in a customer service role
Strong IT skills and confident using systems and trackers
Excellent communication – clear, concise and always professional
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Flexible and adaptable with a proactive attitude
