Job Summary

Brook Street Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Transport Administrator to join their team in Randalstown.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in a similar transport/logistics role to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage driver hours, working time directive, and infringements
  • Maintain CPC training records and oversee driver inductions
  • Report and log incidents, accidents, and driver H&S training
  • Liaise with insurance providers for driver and vehicle cover
  • Oversee fleet compliance including vehicle leasing, maintenance, and disposal
  • Manage fuel cards, vehicle tracking systems, and operator licensing
  • Ensure all waste management and permit documentation is accurate
  • Coordinate textile bank logistics and maintain driver documentation

Criteria

  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role is essential
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability

Benefits
