Job Title: Training & Development Professional

Staffline Recruitment Ireland are seeking a proactive and skilled Training & Development Professional to lead and enhance our client’s training initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped to meet business objectives and exceed expectations. This position is fully office-based in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the organisation’s training and development plan to ensure business objectives are achieved through employee development.

Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisals, and regular consultation with Departmental Managers and Supervisors.

Design, develop, and deliver tailored training programmes aligned with organisational and individual needs.

Lead by example, providing a positive and proactive response to management while motivating and guiding employees.

Coach, mentor, and provide direction to ensure employees meet expected training standards.

Deliver comprehensive induction and refresher training in a timely manner.
-
Source external training providers, course materials, costs, and schedules for departmental consideration.

Compile and maintain accurate job descriptions for all roles across the company.

Oversee recruitment processes, including liaising with external agencies.

Develop, implement, and continuously update company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Undertake any other duties relevant to the role as required.

Proven experience in training and development, learning and development or similar

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.

Excellent organisational, planning, and communication abilities.

Ability to assess training needs and design impactful programmes.

Proactive, positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset.
