The Opportunity

We are seeking confident, professional, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. This is a sales-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in specialist IT recruitment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Take ownership of a specific niche within the IT market
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, as well as developing strong client relationships
• Build and maintain a network of IT professionals and hiring managers
• Benefit from comprehensive, hands-on training and immediate earning potential through our uncapped commission scheme (up to 35%)

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role
