The role of a Recruitment Consultant at Reperio Human Capital:
- Become a specialist within your niche sector; keeping up to date with market trends and ensuring that YOU are the “go-to” recruiter in your niche IT market.
- Building your business empire of clients and candidates and forging strong, trusting relationships.
- Gaining an understanding of your client’s and candidate’s needs, offering a truly consultative service and making sure you are able to provide them with the solution they’re looking for.
- Managing the whole recruitment process and ensuring it runs smoothly; scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, posting adverts etc – the full 360 Recruitment lifecycle

A recruitment background is not essential, we are happy to train people coming from any different sector as long as you share our values. We want to see a strong work ethic, a passion for recruitment and the skills to both develop client relationships and provide a stellar candidate experience.
Our role will offer you the opportunity to build & cultivate your own IT Market. You’ll be given responsibility to grow your IT Market within Reperio, autonomy to manage your own tasks & responsibilities, and ultimately, you’ll be given significant rewards for the hard work and graft you’ve put in to be successful.
To be successful:
- You should have previous experience in a sales or customer facing orientated role (minimum 6 months)
- You will be highly motivated and thrive under pressure
- You should have experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
- You will be an excellent communicator who can present to various levels of stakeholders

As this is an entry level recruitment position, we will focus heavily on training and developing your skills to enable you to succeed as a specialist recruitment consultant. You can expect to build your knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and knowledge of the IT market from day one.
