Chefs Required – Temp shifts
Excel Recruitment is looking to add to our team of experienced Senior Chefs, who work throughout Belfast and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for those chefs who want to work on a temporary basis in various locations & businesses offering great flexibility and career opportunities with mainly daytime Monday to Friday shifts.
Chef Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience preparing and cooking in a busy professional kitchen environment
- Be of a senior chef level, from Senior CDP upwards
- Available for various shifts, which may include evenings & weekends
- As cook you will have knowledge of all food safety guidelines
- Good level of spoken & written English
Chef Responsibilities
- Working in a busy kitchen following the Head Chefs instructions
- Work on your own section ensuring it is fully set for service
- Always cook food to the highest standard
- As Chef you will need to follow your supervisor’s instructions
- Consistently keep yourself and your work area clean
- Follow all health & safety as well as food safety guidelines
