Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and organised Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will generate and manage leads, convert quotations to sales, and uphold exceptional data and client management through our Simpro CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 20 introductory calls per day to prospective clients.
Update and maintain all customer contact details in Simpro.
Send follow-up emails with relevant company/product information.
Collect contacts for ongoing engagement and social media marketing.
Generate quotes using Simpro, ensuring all due dates remain in advance of the current date.
Proactively manage all assigned leads, ensuring statuses are accurate and in advance of the current date.
Identify client needs, provide solutions, and drive conversion to sales.
Work towards sales targets and commission thresholds.
Performance Incentives
In addition to basic salary 26k, the following performance-based bonuses and commission structure apply:
Commission Structure (based on total invoiced sales minus sales reps own invoices):
£110,000+ per month: 0.5% commission (House sales)
£130,000+ per month: 0.75% commission (House sales)
Monthly Performance Bonuses:
Quote Management Bonus: £50 if all quotes in Simpro have due dates in advance of today (i.e. zero past due).
Lead Management Bonus: £50 if all leads are in advance with accurate statuses selected.
Intro Call Bonus: £50 for achieving the 20 daily introductory calls with all relevant data input into Simpro and follow-up email activity completed.
Key Skills and Attributes
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Resilient, persistent, and target-driven
Excellent attention to detail and CRM proficiency
Ability to work independently while managing time and tasks efficiently
Previous telesales or customer service experience is desirable
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm
