Our client, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic and fast-growing team. This role is integral to onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth operations of their cutting-edge platform, trusted by businesses worldwide. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will: Provide top-notch technical assistance to onboard new customers. Configure and troubleshoot DNS issues, Cloudflare tunnels, and connectivity problems. Assist with payment provider migrations. Analyze and compare data to identify potential inconsistencies. Act as a second-line support for technical queries that first-line support cannot resolve. This is a hybrid role, with remote work flexibility but requiring presence in the Belfast office at least once a week. Youll thrive in this role if you have: 24 years of technical troubleshooting experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in comparing and analyzing data to solve problems. Experience with DNS configuration and learning new software systems quickly. Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with Stripe or payment systems. Knowledge of Cloudflare or other web services.
