A leading food production company is currently seeking a Technical Graduate to join their Retail Packing Facility at a site located in Omagh, Co. Tyrone. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and knowledge within the Red Meat Processing industry. As a Technical Graduate, you’ll be involved in all aspects of technical operations, including product quality, safety, compliance, and customer standards, with a strong focus on hands-on experience and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with implementing food safety and quality systems

Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and drive improvements

Ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards

Identify and report non-conformances to suppliers

Support New Product Development (NPD) including product trials and specifications

Provide feedback and training to operatives on product specifications and quality procedures

Monitor and report hygiene practices across production areas

Assist in preparing for customer audits and visits
