Role Requirements:
- Lead IT delivery teams to provide reliable, high-quality technical services.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to design and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage technical escalations, incidents, and troubleshooting with speed and precision.
- Provide guidance to engineers, administrators, and support teams across projects.
- Maintain oversight on service performance, innovation, and delivery outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in IT service delivery or technical project management.
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven success in stakeholder engagement and governance, including C-suite reporting.
- Strong background in demand planning, budgeting, and resource prioritisation.
- Certifications like PMP, ITIL, or SAFe are highly desirable.
