Job Summary

Technical Assistant Dungannon £30-35K Main Tasks: Update and Maintain the Quality Management System and Procedures Manual in-line with BRCGS requirements and customers codes of Practice Effectively manage the Quality System including HAACP, TACCP, VACCP & RSPO Complete Risk assessments as and when required for QMS Maintain Internal Audit System schedule and co-ordinate close out of the NCFs to ensure they are closed out according to the agreed timeframe. Close out any NCFs that may relate to the QMS. Manage and co-ordinate Customer complaints system on site. Ensuring all customer complaints are closed out according to the agreed timeframe. Maintaining document control for the QMS. Close out customer audits/queries Complete weekly KPIS for the management meeting Active member of the Technical Team and key member of co-ordinating customer audits Setting up reporting and trending systems for Internal NCFs, Supplier NCFs, Customer Complaints, Root Cause Analysis etc Co-Ordinate Monthly Quality Meetings, HACCP Meetings and Annual HACCP and AGM, record minutes and ensure minutes are closed out by the relevant parities. Experience required for the role: 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role working successfully with other departments Track record of driving standards to meet BRCGS and Major Retailer Standards.
