As a Talent Partner within our Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process and help both the team and the business raise the recruitment bar. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, act as a trusted advisor, and drive strategic hiring solutions that ensure we attract and hire the best talent.
What You’ll Do
– Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle , ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
– Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions .
– Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive networking.
– Influence hiring decisions using market insights and data , ensuring the best talent is brought into the business.
– Drive a customer-first approach , creating an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
– Champion diversity and skills-based hiring , ensuring an inclusive and innovative recruitment process.
– Stay ahead of industry trends , leveraging automation and technology to optimize recruitment strategies.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of going into the Belfast or Manchester office once per week. Please note, the role is a 12 month fixed term contract, but anything could happen within a year so don’t let that stop you!
