Location: Hybrid based in either Erskine or Newcastle

12 month Fixed Term Contract

Were now looking for a passionate and experienced recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team. If youre a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Driving strategic hiring programs including diversity, graduate intake, and contingent workforce planning.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legal requirements.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners.
• Supporting staffing transitions related to mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing.

What Youll Bring:

• 46 years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or professional services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with process improvement and recruitment technology.
• Knowledge of UK employment practices and security clearance processes.
