The Role
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental strategy and ensure that our sustainability action plan is implemented effectively across all regions in which we operate. You will play a pivotal role in guiding Pure Fitout towards achievingand exceedingour sustainability commitments, ensuring our approach is both robust and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and monitoring of Pure Fitouts sustainability strategy.

• Ensure sustainability action points are practical, measurable, and aligned with regional regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable solutions into all stages of fitout and construction projects.

• Track, report, and communicate progress against environmental goals.

• Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in sustainability, particularly within construction.

• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sustainability leadership.

• Experience in the construction or fitout sector is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of sustainability standards, certifications, and best practices across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

• Strong project management and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Passion for driving real change in environmental performance.
