Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Their flagship development, Harberton Hall, is a stunning new supported sheltered accommodation facility located in South Belfast.

About the Role
As Manager of Harberton Hall, you’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional supported accommodation for older people. You’ll ensure residents receive person-centred support, maintain operational excellence, and build lasting relationships with residents, families, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and support new residents and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
* Deliver compassionate, person-centred support tailored to individual needs and preferences.
* Maintain high occupancy levels by building strong relationships with referral agencies and promoting Harberton Hall locally.
* Manage budgets effectively, balancing income generation and cost control.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated and caring staff team.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, organisational policies, and quality standards.
* Coordinate engaging social and wellbeing activities that enrich daily life for residents.
* Act as an ambassador for Abbeyfield Belfast and Harberton Hall, promoting their values and reputation within the local community.
About You
You’ll be an empathetic, organised, and experienced leader with:
* A minimum of Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification.
* At least 5 years’ experience working with older people, ideally in supported living or a care home environment.
* Proven experience managing teams and budgets.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
It would be even better if you also:
* Are a natural communicator, approachable and confident representing Abbeyfield Belfast with professionalism and warmth.
* Have excellent presentation and relationship-building skills with residents, families, and stakeholders.
* Hold a clean driving licence and have access to a car.
