At Greenvale, we support 11 women aged 50 to 90 to live meaningful, active lives in a friendly, community-focused home. Many of the people we support have mobility or physical health needs, and we take great pride in providing a warm, engaging, and respectful environment where they are seen, heard, and celebrated.

This is a service built on compassion, creativity, and connectionwhere we make the ordinary extraordinary every day.

?? Location: Central Belfast, Greenvale Service

? Shifts Available: Full-time (36 hours – 3 Shifts Per Week) / Permanent Contract

?? Salary: £12.70 per hour

We support people to:

? Go shopping, enjoy coffee outings, and take part in community trips

? Stay active and stimulated through exercise, coordination games, and art groups

? Enjoy in-house events like bingo, circus visits, and seasonal celebrations

? Connect with others through choirs, crafts, and local school activities

What Does the Role Involve?

As a Support Worker, you will:

?? Support people with daily living, personal care, and health-related needs

?? Help organise and run engaging group activities and trips

?? Work alongside a well-established team including Team Leaders, a Cook, a Domestic Cleaner, and fellow Support Workers

?? Encourage independence, choice, and joy in everyday moments

?? Contribute to a gentle, respectful, and empowering environment
