Your Responsibilities
- Support clients in developing independent living skills and maintaining stable tenancies.
- Assist in assessing needs and risks, helping clients set and achieve goals.
- Monitor and record client progress, ensuring they receive the best support.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support.
- Act as an advocate for clients, promoting their involvement and active participation.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals (Young People, Children, or Adults).
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
- Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also using initiative.
- IT literacy and good organisational skills.
- Flexible & adaptable approach – able to work various hours when needed.
- Full EU Driving Licence & access to a car.
