The Package

• Salary scale is Band 2 Level 1 – 4 (£24,401 – £25,281 per annum)

37 hours per week

To work with service users and staff team to deliver quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour enabling them to lead a full and integrated life in the community in which they live. Care and support must be delivered in accordance with the organisations core values, customer service standards and customer service guide. We have 11 x permanent Support Assistant posts based in the following Belfast areas – Baronscourt Close, Baronscourt Park, Sandown Road and Rochester Housing Association are committed to being an inclusive employer with a diverse workforce.
