Job Summary

Job Title: Support Assistant Department: Systems, Analytics & Reward (SAR) Campus: Coleraine Salary: £25,448 – £27,644 per annum Closing Date: 3 June 2025 Reference Number: 036046 (Full-time/Fixed-term for 6 months) – ABOUT US – We are a university with a national and international reputation for excellence, innovation, and regional engagement, making a major contribution to the economic, social, and cultural development of Northern Ireland. Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. – THE ROLE – The postholder will be responsible to the Section Leader, for the provision of a professional, flexible and efficient People and Culture support service, to include agreed administrative duties, focusing primarily on tasks specific to the section in which they are based, in a prompt and efficient manner, meeting the needs of all users. – ABOUT YOU – – A good standard of numeracy and literacy as demonstrated by a qualification (including GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics). – Experience of dealing with confidential information and records (hard copy and electronic files).
