Advantage Resourcing is partnering with a leading aerospace organisation to recruit a Supply Officer based in Belfast. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of suppliers, driving performance across the end-to-end supply chain in a digital environment.

What will you be doing?

Managing supplier portfolios using business and digital tools.
Anticipating risks and implementing mitigation actions.
Overseeing demand, forecasting, and supply prioritisation.
Communicating with internal teams and external suppliers.
Leading supplier recoveries and performance improvements.
Defining ordering strategies and applying process automation.
Managing Order Books, MRP Master Data, and stock levels.
Supporting supply chain transformation projects.
A couple of things you should know:

Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Design Engineering.
Skilled in SAP/MRP systems and digital tools.
Strong problem-solving and project management experience.
Knowledge of LEAN principles and transnational collaboration.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel when required.
During an interview, you may be asked about:

Supplier performance and recovery management.
Experience with SAP/MRP and data-driven decision making.
Involvement in digital or process automation initiatives.
