This key leadership role will be based at their flagship manufacturing site in Dungannon and will report directly to the Operations Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking supply chain professional to take strategic ownership across procurement, materials flow, and supplier management-driving efficiencies, innovation, and commercial performance. Leadership Scope – Manage and develop a high-performing purchasing team, with responsibility for budget, supplier relationships, and strategic sourcing. Innovation & Efficiency – Drive continuous improvement through lean principles, ERP (Oracle/TMS), and operational excellence initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a site-wide supply chain strategy across multiple sites Lead procurement, supplier engagement, and material flow to production. Champion change management across a broad supplier base. Oversee the Purchasing Team and implement strong KPIs for performance. Work cross-functionally with engineering, production control, and manufacturing to ensure smooth execution of operations. Negotiate supply agreements aligned with cost, quality, and delivery targets. Support strategic sourcing in collaboration with the global group. Deliver year-on-year efficiencies and improve inventory turn and cash flow using lean principles. Contribute to monthly site reporting and budgeting processes. Your Experience & Skills Essential: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical discipline. CIPS Membership. 10+ years’ experience in supply chain management, ideally within engineering or materials handling. Strong background in S&OP, ERP systems, and supplier negotiations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and commercial acumen. Desirable: APICS certification. Multi-region or multi-cultural work experience.
