About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Craigavon. Reporting to the Store and Purchasing Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing material stock levels, supplier relationships, and supporting product launches in collaboration with NPD and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet production and customer demand
- Build and manage professional relationships with suppliers
- Support successful product launches with cross-functional teams
- Resolve invoice queries and support accounts payable
- Maintain accurate product portfolios and master data
- Control and manage stock write-offs in collaboration with Commercial
- Contribute to departmental improvements and environmental initiatives
- Provide seamless service levels to factories
- Support colleagues and other areas of the department as needed
What You’ll Bring
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, organisation, and decision-making abilities
High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP
Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work
Desirable Skills
Experience in stock control
Commercial understanding
