Location: Craigavon
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Craigavon. Reporting to the Store and Purchasing Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing material stock levels, supplier relationships, and supporting product launches in collaboration with NPD and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet production and customer demand
  • Build and manage professional relationships with suppliers
  • Support successful product launches with cross-functional teams
  • Resolve invoice queries and support accounts payable
  • Maintain accurate product portfolios and master data
  • Control and manage stock write-offs in collaboration with Commercial
  • Contribute to departmental improvements and environmental initiatives
  • Provide seamless service levels to factories
  • Support colleagues and other areas of the department as needed

What You’ll Bring

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, organisation, and decision-making abilities
High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP
Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work

Desirable Skills
