Should you apply?
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, VACCP/TACCP.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
- Experience in a technical or QA role within the food manufacturing industry (desirable)
Duties:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supplier approval process for ingredients, raw materials, and packaging.
- Lead and manage supplier of services approvals.
- Completing food safety risk assessments and vulnerability assessments for all raw materials, ingredients and packaging.
- Completion of internal raw material, ingredient and packaging specifications.
