In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team to ensure the efficient manufacturing of top-quality products playing a crucial role in driving performance improvements and ensuring targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production teams to meet daily and annual targets
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Maximize efficiency and output while minimizing waste
- Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Process Excellence teams
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports on production activities
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and efficiency
The Ideal Candidate
- A degree or third-level qualification in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field OR 4+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Experience in a technical manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
