Supervisor Role:

As a Supervisor , you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and maintaining the high standards customers expect. You’ll lead by example, ensuring an elevated customer experience and a positive store culture.

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management

• Act as a role model for brand values and professional conduct
