Production Operative

Duties and responsibilities:

• Build and create our extensive range of high-quality products.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
• Understanding and implementing health and safety regulations.
• Ensuring machines settings are correct.
• Assembling, packaging and labelling.
• Running quality checks.

Person Specifications:

• Being able to work in a quick, accurate, efficient manner.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic reading and mathematical skill for following recipes and training manuals.
• Be willing and able to learn practices involving all aspects of the production of food products.
• The ability to work as part of team and make a positive contribution.

Shifts available are:

• Dayshift 7am start – Finish.
• Nightshift 10pm Start – 6am.

The Hygiene Operative will ensure that the company can operate in a clean and hygienic environment. You will comply with company hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Regular cleaning of factory and offices as per the daily, weekly & deep cleaning schedules

· Implementing and understanding of health and safety, and Food Safety Regulations regulations.

· Using the prescribed methods, materials and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specification.

Person Specifications:

· Previous experience of commercial cleaning is preferable but not essential, full training will be provided.

· Being a team player and flexible.

· Having an understanding of food hygiene and importance of good health and safety practice.

Shift times available are:

Late shift- 3pm-10pm

Night Shift -Sunday to Thursday -22:00pm to 7:00am & Saturdays 20:00pm to 7:00 am
