Bring products to life with flawless, durable finishes. Youll prepare surfaces, mix & spray coatings, and ensure every job meets our strict quality and safety standards.
Your Day-to-Day
- Prep Pro: Remove rust & old coatings; file, sand & smooth surfaces for perfect adhesion
- Masking Whiz: Protect non-paint areas with precision masking and coverings
- Colour Connoisseur: Mix, match & fine-tune paints; choose the optimal nozzle for each job
- Spray & Detail: Coat machines, components and those tricky spotsplus hand-brush where needed
- Quality Champion: Check finished coats against BS EN 1090 standards; catch and correct any blemishes
- Equipment Care: Clean guns, nozzles & workspace; suit up in PPE and keep the area safe
What Youll Bring
- Experience: 1+ year in spray painting or coating (more experience = higher pay band!)
