The Role
Working as part of this team you will assist on a broad range of banking & finance transactions to include real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, project finance etc.
The Person
You will ideally meet the following criteria;
- Qualified Solicitor – NQ to 2 years PQE
- If NQ level you would have done a seat in banking & finance
- Strong legal drafting skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
