About the Role
I am looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a growing software development team. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership skills to guide a team of engineers building modern, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and AWS.
You’ll play a critical part in driving technical excellence, shaping engineering culture, and delivering high-impact digital products that make a real difference to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of software engineers.
- Drive best practices in engineering, code quality, testing, and DevOps.
- Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making across the stack.
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to a high technical standard.
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background in TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Proven experience building and deploying cloud-based applications on AWS.
- Deep understanding of frontend and backend development best practices.
