Social Value / Marketing Coordinator Magherafelt
£27,000 to £31,000 + benefits
We are working with a successful construction contractor who are seeking to appoint their new Social Value Coordinator, this is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing / CSR or Bid Writer with an interest in Social Value activities!
Reporting to the Social Value Lead you will be working across all assorted stakeholders internally and externally, this will include;
- Working with tender and marketing teams and contributing to social value bid submissions
- Monitor and report on Social Value outcomes on contracts
- Record Social Value activities
- Work effectively with colleagues to coordinate and support social value commitments
- Assist with local employment, apprenticeship, training placement and school engagements opportunities as part of the Social Value Delivery KPI’s
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and community groups
- Represent the company at industry events and forums, promoting our social value initiatives
What we are looking for
- Ultimately this is a role focusing on Social Values within the business, this would suit applicants with an interest in this from a number of professional backgrounds including Marketing / CSR / HR / Outreach & Advocacy, Bid / Tender, additionally you will possess;
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Strong skills in building relationships and working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
