Job Summary

Responsibilities:
1. Support the development of a strategy to build and nurture relationships with the CofC defined Main Target Audiences (MTA).
2. Develop relationships with the MTA through interaction to improve understanding of the Armed Forces.
3. Lead on D&I focused understanding; co-ordinate and deliver D&I activities in the JMC AOR.
4. Co-ordinate and deliver engagement activity across the region to discrete sections of the MTA.
5. Advertise, plan and coordinate the delivery of engagement events as directed by the Engagement CoC.
6. Support the training of soldiers (the RET) iot deliver regionally focussed engagement activity to the DTA.
7. Conduct Line Management and MS of Engt WOs, SNCOs and RET personnel.
8. Support development of digital capability to enable wider reach and connection with the MTA whom would not normally connect with the Army.
9. Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support JMC during UK Resilience Ops.
