Our client, a well-established residential house builder, is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced labourers who enjoy varied work and want to be part of a growing company delivering high-quality homes.
Your new role
- Groundworks including concreting, drainage and trenching
- Assisting trades such as carpentry, bricklaying, plastering and roofing
- Painting, decorating and finishing tasks
- Snagging and ensuring homes are ready for handover
- What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in skilled labouring within construction or residential building
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Valid UK driving licence (essential)
