The company are currently recruiting for a Residential Site Manager for housing and apartment projects in and around Belfast, ideally the candidate will have an excellent house building background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in private and social house builds.
Packages around £55 – 65k plus van & fuel.

Extensive experience in housing projects
Ability to work on own initiative
Capable of overseeing £3.5M worth of work
Responsibilities
Manage and motivate site teams
Ensure that end product meets customer’s expectation in relation to finish
Organise and coordinate labour
Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
