Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day site operations for this flagship project. From breaking ground to final handover, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the build is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading site teams and subcontractors with confidence and clarity
- Managing health & safety, quality control, and compliance
- Coordinating logistics, materials, and site resources
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain progress and resolve issues
- Reporting on project milestones and maintaining site documentation
This is a high-profile role with real impact-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
To hit the ground running, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial or industrial builds
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A solid understanding of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and project delivery
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid certification
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to drive progress under pressure
- Experience managing factory or industrial builds is highly desirable.
