Your new role
As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of high-spec interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to drive performance and uphold the company’s standards of excellence will be key.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily site operations and manage project deliveryLiaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communicationMonitor progress against programme and resolve on-site issues proactivelyEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policiesConduct quality checks and ensure workmanship meets company standards
What you’ll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong background in site management within the fit-out or construction industry, along with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out or constructionStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesValid CSCS card and SMSTS certificationFull UK driving licence
