Due to organic growth VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to work on n exciting large timber frame development in Enniskillen
Remuneration:

The Ideal Person:
- Relevant Site Cards and full driving license
- Prior experience in new build residential projects
- Experience working with timber frame construction methods
- Background in social housing developments is highly desirable
- Good IT skills
Overview of Role:
- Oversee all construction activity from start to finish
- Lead toolbox talks
- Ensure drawings, specifications and building regulations are adhered to
- Liaise with trades teams and subcontractors
- Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations
