Site Manager – Belfast
We are hiring for our client, a leading Construction, Fit Out, and Facilities Management provider with a strong presence across the UK. Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Belfast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of varied projects across public, retail, and design & build sectors. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the on-site coordination of projects from start to finish, ensuring that works are delivered to specification, on time, and in line with safety and quality standards.

The Role – Site Manager
• Manage full site delivery of public and design & build projects
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure timely project delivery to client specifications
• Enforce all health & safety protocols and liaise with relevant bodies
• Host and coordinate regular site meetings
• Ensure efficiency from mobilisation through to completion
The Person – Site Manager
• 15+ years’ site management experience
• Third-level Construction degree or HNC (essential)
• Gold or Platinum CSR card (or equivalent qualification)
• Commercial awareness and industry knowledge
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and site reporting tools
• Decision-maker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
