Role: Site Manager
Location: Portadown / N.I. – church extension project
Hours: Full time (Monday Friday)
Pay: £45,000 £50,000
The Role:
As Site Manager, you will report directly to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations. You’ll manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget, to the highest quality standards.

The Role:
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager/Project Managers to plan the project effectively
- Day-to-day management of the site
- Reviewing performance against targets
- Identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities
- Establish and maintain storage for materials, plant and tools
- Managing stock to meet agreed deadlines and budget of the project
The Requirements:
- 3 + Years experience as Site Manager (A Degree / HND in a construction)
- Someone with the flexibility to travel (NI)
- Strong knowledge of latest building regulations, legislation and Health and Safety
- A current valid CSR / CSCS Card
- Have an overall broad background in construction
