About Us:
Due to continued growth and new client wins, were seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Belfast team.
The Role:
Youll manage a mix of public and design & build projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to specification. Youll lead on-site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain health & safety standards, and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Essential Criteria:

Construction degree or HNC qualification

Gold/Platinum CSR (or equivalent)

Minimum 15 years Site Management experience

Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Word, Excel and IT systems

Results-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible to travel across the UK & Ireland
Desirable:
-
5+ years experience in a main contracting environment
