Due to continued growth and new project awards, they are seeking experienced Site Managers to join their team in Belfast. The Role:
* Deliver construction projects on time and to the highest standards
* Report directly to the contracts manager and project director
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and site documentation
* Manage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure H&S compliance
* Oversee labour organisation and subcontractor coordination
* Liaise with engineers, review construction drawings, and survey sites
* Play an active role in contract negotiations
The Person:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager with new build projects (essential)
* Strong technical and practical knowledge of construction methods
* Self-motivated with excellent team-building skills
* Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
* Analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability
* Relevant third-party H&S site management training/certification
